Greencoat takes majority stake in EDF wind portfolio
LSE-listed Greencoat UK Wind has acquired an 80% stake in a 96.4MW, five wind farm-portfolio from EDF Energy Renewables for GBP 98m, taking its net generating capacity to 694MW.
