Bluefield Solar Income Fund has acquired a circa 13.8MW portfolio of solar PV plants from a German-based developer in a GBP 19.9m deal.
The facilities – Holly Farm, East Farm (both circa 5MW) and Galton Manor (3.8MW) – are all located in Dorset and are understood to have been bought from IB Vogt.
The facilities were connected to the grid in March 2017 and qualify for 1.2ROCs/MW.
BSIF funded the deal via its revolving credit facility.
