Italian infrastructure fund F2i has been confirmed as the winning bidder for Terra Firma’s 334MW RTR Italian solar business after making a EUR 1.3bn bid, while the group has also announced its intention to acquire Enel’s 50% stake in the two group’s existing EF Solare JV.
