Scottish developer targets second EfW financing
Scottish developer Levenseat has received planning approval to expand capacity at its waste management site in West Lothian from 400,000 tonnes to 750,000 tonnes, while it is also progressing financing plans for a second energy-from-waste plant at the complex.
