Ireland publishes RESS terms & conditions
Ireland’s Department for Communications, Climate Action and Environment (DCCAE) has published the terms and conditions for its first renewable electricity support scheme (RESS) auction, despite some concerns that Ireland’s election results in February – which left no party with a clear majority – could lead to delays in the implementation of the new measures.
