France raises spectre of solar tariff cuts
The French government is understood to be planning a reduction in incentives for solar PV plants which began receiving 20-year tariff support prior to a 2011 change in regulation, a move which has drawn sharp criticism across industry due to the impact this would have on financial models and investor returns.
