EnBW concludes He Dreiht sell-down, takes FID

EnBW has agreed the sale of a 49.9% stake in the 960MW He Dreiht offshore wind farm in Germany to an Allianz Capital Partners, AIP and Norges consortium, while also confirming a final investment decision for the asset. Energy Rev reported that the trio were the frontrunners for the transaction in January.  

EQT moves for Tion Renewables 

EQT Active Core Infrastructure has agreed the acquisition of a majority stake in German renewables IPP Tion Renewables from anchor shareholder Pelion Green Future.

JERA wins Parkwind auction

Japanese energy group JERA has agreed the acquisition of 100% of Belgian-based offshore wind group Parkwind from Virya Energy.

Statkraft eyes EV charging capital raise

Statkraft is working with financial advisors Carnegie and SEB on a large-scale capital raise for its EV charging business MER, with either a full IPO or partial stake sale in the unit on the table.
