Balkan wind investor feels Force Majeure squeeze

The owner of a circa 100MW onshore wind farm in the Balkans is set to take a temporary hit to its revenues due to the enforcement of a force majeure clause by its PPA counter-party, although it will receive full compensation at a later date.
